Woodturning article - publication date August 2002.
Much is seen of American collections, both in the specialised press and also by way of a number of sumptious publications verging on coffee table books (and yes, to Shirley's dismay I buy those wherever I can find them in the US).
But a UK collector is something of a rarity - the Yeti of the arboreal world if you will. And, like the Yeti, you suspect (or hope) they exist but struggle to prove it - or at least that's the impression we get.
